About your account
SC Bank brings supported USDT, Bitcoin and Ethereum balances, transaction history, deposits, sends and available rewards into one account. “Save Crypto Bank” and “SC Bank” are brand names. The word “bank” does not establish a banking licence, regulated deposit account or deposit insurance.
Account features may depend on your eligibility, service availability and the law where you live. A displayed price or account feature does not guarantee that a particular service is available in your country. Read the terms shown for any product or transaction you choose to use.
Your account and access
Provide accurate account information, keep control of your email address and protect your password and recovery links. Do not share account access, impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful activity. You must have the legal capacity to use a financial service under the rules that apply to you.
Email verification helps protect your account access. Further identity or payment checks may be required by the services you use or applicable law. Privacy does not remove lawful identity, sanctions or financial crime checks.
If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, secure your email account and change your SC Bank password promptly. Use only a verified support channel when reporting an account problem.
Balances, custody and deposits
Your dashboard shows your balance within the service. Your account is not a self-custody wallet, and you do not control the private keys for every displayed balance. Access to and movement of funds depend on the service, its payment arrangements and the relevant blockchain.
Only send the supported asset on the network shown in your deposit instructions. Check the address, amount and any expiry before sending. Sending another asset, using the wrong network or leaving out required payment details can result in loss or a delay.
A deposit remains pending until its payment status and amount are confirmed. A success message or return to the website does not by itself confirm that funds have arrived. Fees or short payments may affect the amount credited.
Crypto balances are not insured deposits.
Do not assume your holdings are covered by deposit insurance, investor compensation or a protected trust arrangement. Understand who holds your funds and what protection applies before adding them to your account.
Sending crypto and withdrawal reviews
Check the recipient address, asset, compatible network and amount before submitting a send. The requested amount plus the applicable service fee is set aside while the request awaits review and processing. You can find the fee and status in your activity history. A pending or reviewed request is not a completed blockchain transfer.
Timing depends on review, service availability, payment checks and network confirmations. An estimate is not a guarantee that funds will arrive by a particular time. A confirmed blockchain transfer generally cannot be reversed or recovered by SC Bank.
If a request fails or is declined, its outcome must be confirmed before funds set aside for it can be returned to your available balance. If a status is unclear, check the reference and transaction history before making another request. Fees, minimums and limits may change between requests.
Crypto savings and rewards
Crypto savings are not insured bank deposits or a promise of protected capital. Flexible holding rewards apply only to eligible available balances at the current account rate. That rate and eligibility can change or be paused.
Choosing a term savings plan
Choose a supported asset and a whole-month term: 1–3 months for Momentum or 4–6 months for Horizon. The plan rate shown when you confirm is retained for your savings term. Later changes to offers apply to new plans. Your original amount is removed from your available balance and locked until maturity, with no early withdrawal. Locked principal cannot be sent or placed in another plan and does not also earn flexible holding rewards.
Daily rewards and maturity
A reward is calculated on your original amount for each full 24-hour period after opening, using the daily percentage you accepted. Rewards are rounded down to the supported 18 decimal places, paid in the same asset and credited to your available balance. They do not compound inside the plan. Credited rewards can be used separately, subject to normal account and transfer rules.
Your term uses calendar months and UTC. If the target month has no matching day, maturity falls on its final day at the same time. For example, a one-month plan opened on 31 January matures on the last day of February. At maturity, any outstanding daily rewards and the original amount are credited to your available balance. Plans do not renew automatically.
Credits are processed shortly after they become due. A service interruption can delay posting; your history shows credits that have actually been applied. The agreed calculation does not guarantee the service’s ability to pay or protect the value of your crypto. Asset values can fall and service, custody and insolvency risks may cause loss. Save only funds you can leave locked for the full term and afford to put at risk.
Market prices and conversion estimates
Market prices and currency conversions are estimates for your information. They may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate, and prices may have different update times. A page refresh does not guarantee a newer price.
The converter does not buy, sell or exchange any asset. Its estimate is not a price you can trade at and may exclude spreads, service fees and network costs. Check the actual amount, exchange rate and fees shown before confirming any payment or exchange.

Risks and responsibility
- Price changes: crypto prices can move sharply. You can lose some or all of the value you hold.
- Stablecoins: USDT aims to track the US dollar, but its value can fall below that level. Problems with its issuer or reserves can affect its value or your ability to redeem it.
- Access and custody: outages, cyber incidents, fraud, human error, insolvency or payment service failures can delay access to your funds or cause loss.
- Transfers: a wrong address, unsupported network or irreversible transaction can cause permanent loss.
- Privacy: public transaction records may be linked to your identity. Blockchain transfers are not inherently anonymous.
- Law and tax: rules and tax treatment can change, and services may differ between countries.
No system can guarantee that every transfer or trade is 100% safe. Account protections and transfer reviews help reduce certain risks but cannot remove them.
This overview does not take away any rights you have under applicable law.
Restrictions and account closure
Account access or individual transactions may be restricted while suspicious activity is investigated, a legal requirement is met, a technical issue is resolved or an account is protected. Read any notice you receive about a restriction and the steps available to you.
Closing an account does not reverse completed blockchain transfers or erase records that must be kept. Before closing, check your pending transactions, outstanding obligations and remaining balance, and review the closure terms that apply to your account.
Read the privacy notice to understand how your information is handled.
